Like most children, Jennifer preferred to play with her food rather than eat it.

She baked her first cake when she was 10 years old. That particular recipe called for the batter to be mixed by hand, which she took to mean literally… without a spatula. Since then, she has sought, tested and tweaked recipes to satisfy her own finicky palate.

Years later, Jennifer’s passion for playing with food has resulted in Pieces of Cake, renowned for its emphasis on elegant designs and appetizing flavors.  She crafts each cake with touches of inspiration from her own imagination, tailored to clients’ individualized wishes, resulting in exceptional sensory delights.  Her flair for combining Asian flavors such as passion fruit mousse with almond cake makes her creations unique and highly sought after for weddings, anniversaries, and all festive occasions.
